*Description:* Provide remote and desk-side technical support for computer hardware, software, and mobile devices. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, troubleshooting issues and following pre-established guidelines. Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of technical issues. *Skills* *Required:* * Windows 10 * Troubleshooting * Active Directory * Customer Service * Help Desk Support * Office 365 *Position* *Purpose:* Provide remote and desk-side technical support for computer hardware, software, and mobile devices. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, troubleshooting issues and following pre-established guidelines. *Responsibilities:* * Deliver excellent customer service as the first point of contact. * Document, track, and resolve issues such as password resets, user setups, application and hardware support, phone support, and workstation configurations. * Escalate complex issues to senior technicians. * Understand core technologies and troubleshooting methodologies. * Comply with company policies and ensure safety and health standards. *Requirements:* * High School Diploma; 1+ year in a Help Desk environment preferred. * Preferred certifications: MCSE, MCP, CompTIA A+, Network+. * Problem-solving skills and direct supervision. * Construction background/knowledge is a plus. * Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Manage Engine) and laptop imaging (WDS). * Onsite position with reliable transportation required. *Physical* *Requirements:* * Regularly stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands/fingers for computer and office equipment. * Occasionally reach, stoop, or kneel. * Close vision required for computer work. ***REQUIRED** Your posting is in the state of Colorado and MUST contain the verbiage below Your posting is required to contain Salary/hourly rate information, verify that you complete the Salary fields on the next screen. *Copy/Paste the information below into* *your job posting* *We reserve the right to pay above or below the* *posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected* *classification.* * * *Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may* *depend on your job classification and length of employment.
