DESCRIPTION OF WORK

An individual in this role undertakes a range of semi-skilled responsibilities that support mechanics in their tasks. This includes conducting general maintenance within the building, which encompasses cleaning restrooms, offices, conference rooms, lunch areas, entryways, and garage spaces. The individual is also tasked with collecting trash, dusting furniture and fixtures, sweeping, mopping floors, vacuuming, and cleaning windows to ensure a tidy environment.
In addition to indoor maintenance, the employee is responsible for outdoor upkeep, which involves maintaining a clean and organized yard, mowing grass, removing weeds, clearing snow from sidewalks and parking lots, and managing the area designated for scrap tires. Furthermore, the employee provides assistance to mechanics with minor mechanical repairs, which may include tasks such as performing oil changes, lubricating parts, repairing lights, and mounting tires on both light and heavy-duty vehicles as required.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Summer work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
