SUMMARY/JOB PURPOSE: The Quantitative Analytics team is responsible for delivering strategic recommendations on critical business issues based on rigorous quantitative data analyses. The team enables data-driven decision making by analyzing multiple data sources, KPI's, trends, and market events to provide objective, actionable and strategic insight on business performance to the Commercial organization. The Quantitative Analytics Director supports commercial planning efforts by leading critical analyses and providing strategic recommendations on critical business issues including product performance, launch performance, digital and other promotion effectiveness/ROI, and resource allocation. The Quantitative Analytics Director is expected to lead projects, work independently, and collaborate extensively with partner groups within and outside of the Commercial Organization. This role will report to the Director, Quantitative Analytics. Essential Duties And Responsibilities: * Lead projects involving secondary data analytics and reporting, competitive analysis, digital and other promotion effectiveness/ROI, resource allocation, segmentation, and launch metrics Supervisory Responsibilities: * Individual contributor role EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Education/Experience: * BS/BA degree in related discipline and at least 12 years of related experience; or an advanced degree in quantitative field or quantitative MBA with at least 10 years of related experience Experience/The Ideal for Successful Entry into Job: * At least 7 years of analytical experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry Knowledge/Skills: * Broad understanding of pharmaceutical data, including sales and claims data, and which source to leverage in order to answer business questions most effectively JOB COMPLEXITY: Working Conditions: If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us! Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The base pay range for this positionis $170,000 - $241,000 annually. The base pay range may take into account the candidate's geographic region, which will adjust the pay depending on the specific work location. The base pay offered will take into account the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity, among other factors.
