FTE: 1.0, Shift: Varies, Schedule: 8 hour shifts Position Summary The Team Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of work performed by assigned staff. This position works directly with staff performing shift assignments and oversees the work performed by staff to accomplish work goals as required. Work situations are a variety of routine and non-routine functions, which require organization, prioritization, leadership, good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making. Internal contacts include staff and management throughout the health system. External contacts are limited. Requirements High school graduate or equivalent preferred Minimum two (2) years of applicable experience Experience as a lead, team coordinator, or supervisor preferred Current Washington State Drivers License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state Our Values As a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration and Kindness. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $19.86 - $28.58 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
