This position will collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to assess needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient workflows. This role requires independent responsibility, discretion, and decision-making on critical tasks, with minimal oversight. It involves prioritizing tasks, managing time efficiently, and consistently meeting deadlines. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Required qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered. * 3+ years of experience working with Epic and/or Meditech EHR systems. * Proven track record of implementing and optimizing EHR systems. * Experience in healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and administrative processes. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. * Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clinical staff and IT teams. * Experience in system configuration, data integration, and reporting. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Understands hospital business operations and structure, general requirements in an integrated delivery system, and use of IT applications in the practicing healthcare environment. * Open to travel when required.
