Description Pen Bay Hospital This is a full-time, 40 hour per week, on site position. **This position will mainly sit at Waldo Hospital in Belfast. The Executive Assistant provides coordination and management of the daily administrative office operations and projects for the Coastal Healthcare Alliance President and other executive leaders as needed. Provides advanced administrative support and project support to the Chairs of the Coastal Healthcare Alliance Board of Trustees, other related board committees, Pen Bay and Waldo Hospital Executive and Leadership Teams. Acts as a liaison and resource, providing distinguished professional service to corporate and board members, to the executive, hospital and medical staff and to the community. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
