Description Memorial Hospital Summary Summary: Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. 2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified or Licensed Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
