The RPSS Daily Record Keeper provides technical support to Retirement Plan Services Administration as their main RPSS contact for plan related questions, inquiries, and research requests. Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of plan and participant balances on a daily basis. Responsible for processing fees, new loan setups, plan and participant level maintenance, reconciliation for statement preparation, contributions, loan payment processing, and corrections.

This person will also:

  • Process routine and non-routine transactions, including enrollments, QDROs, address/name changes, fees, transfers, loans, contributions, and insurance premiums, following regulatory guidelines and department deadlines.

  • Manage retirement plan loans, including new loans, refinances, modifications, and delinquencies, ensuring compliance with IRC 72(p) and internal procedures.

  • Resolve complex and non-complex plan and participant corrections, collaborating with RPS Administration to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.

  • Act as the primary contact for RPSS administration, providing superior customer service to internal and external teams.

  • Reconcile daily fund assets and cash for assigned plans, ensuring compliance with plan terms and internal procedures.

  • Prepare quarterly reports, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies before participant statements are issued.

Education

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance. Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance. Preferred

Experience

  • 2-4 years Business, Accounting or Finance. Required

  • 4-7 years Retirement Plan Services Field. Preferred
