Our Component Technician is primarily responsible for troubleshooting and rebuilding hydraulic parts and components such as hammers and cylinders for heavy equipment applications. Work Schedule: This position works four (4) 10-hour days (Monday through Thursday). Hourly Base Rate: $21.52 - $49.11 /hour What You Will Do in This Role: Perform all levels of repair as well as full reconditioning on component Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, give recommendations for repairs and make all critical repairs and adjustments Test and verify correct operation of all repairs and adjustments Some troubleshooting on equipment may occasionally be required Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers on their repairs Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
