As a Senior Manager at T-Mobile, you will play a crucial role in the success of our Device Financing capability by owning the deployment, support, and continuous improvement of innovative technology solutions. In this role, you will handle and develop multiple teams of developers, fostering an environment that promotes rapid delivery of world-class software solutions to both internal and external business customers. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining strategic relationships across IT and business teams as well as strategic vendors, bringing to bear your strong understanding of consumer financing to drive impactful results. Working collaboratively, you will help craft both short-term and long-term technical strategies, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and organizational goals while advancing T-Mobile's ability to meet evolving customer needs. Job Responsibilities: This job will specifically focus on device financing (EIP - Equipment Installment Plan) solutions and work cross functionally to build a strategic roadmap to deliver outstanding solutions for the IT organization within T Mobile. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
