Mechanical Engineer - ASME Stress & Fatigue (Hybrid)

As a Mechanical Engineer you will perform a variety of engineering tasks to support fatigue aging management in nuclear power plants.

You will report to the Manager, Fatigue Aging Management for Reactor Component Engineering and based at the Westinghouse Headquarters in Cranberry, PA in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. You will work a hybrid scenario at the manager's discretion. No relocation will be provided. We can consider candidates able to work in the US without sponsorship now and in the future.

  Perform structural evaluation of ASME Section III components including stress and fatigue

  
  
• 
  

  Finite Element Analysis using ANSYS

  
  
• 
  

  Software programming including Visual Studio

  
  

• 
  

  1+ years of professional experience

  
  
• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent

  
  
• 
  

  Familiar w/ ASME Section III and Section XI criteria

  Familiar w/ FEA and ANSYS/ABAQUS
