Job Summary: Our newer state of the art, doctor owned private practice located in Centerville, OH voted Best of Dayton and Business of the Year is seeking to add full-time, part-time, and additional subs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing dental cleanings, and assisting in the overall management of patient oral health. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages. Join our team and contribute to creating healthy smiles while providing exceptional care in a supportive environment! * Responsibilities * Conduct thorough patient assessments and record medical histories. * Perform dental cleanings and provide preventive care education to patients. * Utilize dental software for patient management and documentation. * Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits. * Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to infection control protocols. * Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies. * Qualifications * Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice. * Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry. * Strong understanding of anatomy as it relates to oral health. * Proficiency in patient care techniques and assessment methods. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
