Responsibilities/Duties:
- Data Collection & Interpretation: Conduct data collection from various sources, interpret the data, and present findings in specified formats.
- Document & Presentation Creation: Create and edit documents and presentations, ensuring high-quality formatting, consistency, and zero spelling or grammar errors for delivery to senior executives.
- Task Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for various internal and external taskings, coordinating responses and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Process Development: Assist in developing and refining SOPs and processes for task management, including declassification and review procedures.
- Multi-Project Support: Support multiple simultaneous projects, maintaining efficiency and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Executive Engagement Support: Prepare and disseminate division-wide communications, coordinate event logistics, and assist with executive-level meetings and briefings.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and accessible records related to project logistics, requests, and communications.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience supporting the FBI or a USIC partner.
- Education. Associate's degree from an accredited university.
- Technical Skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Proven ability to create and edit professional documents with minimal supervision.
- Experience managing executive-level communication and/or events.
