Facilities and Financial Coordinator The Facilities and Financial Coordinator is responsible for supporting the facilities management needs of the William Pitt Union (WPU) and O'Hara Student Center (OSC). This role involves handling service requests, coordinating lock and key operations, and monitoring the status of work orders. The Facilities and Financial Coordinator will also conduct building walks to gather insights, support budget management, and coordinate special projects assigned by the Director of Involvement and Student Unions. A High School Diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with budget tracking, financial processes, and report generation. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with facility management software is a plus.
