The Johns Hopkins Center for Adolescent Health is housed within the Department of Population, Family and Reproductive Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Our mission is to promote health equity and wellbeing for youth through connection and collaboration with a diverse network of young people and community and academic partners on public health research, education, policy, and practice. We are seeking a full-time Research Assistant to contribute to domestic adolescent sexual and reproductive health applied research projects. These include but are not limited to Thrivology, a collaborative initiative focused on identifying and translating best practices on trauma-informed sexual and reproductive health programs and care; and community-wide youth sexual health initiatives in Baltimore City and rural counties across Maryland. Candidates should have experience in at least one, and ideally all, of the following: literature reviews, program monitoring, qualitative research, and community outreach. *The Research Assistant will start in December 2024.
