In this role, you'll warmly welcome our guests and provide exceptional service throughout their booking experience. You and the entire reservations team are dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction by crafting remarkable and seamless experiences from the moment guests inquire about a stay. Your efforts will create unforgettable and unique memories that leave a lasting impression.

Essential Job Functions:



  • Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to our guests
  • Respond promptly and effectively to guest questions and requests
  • Answer incoming phone calls with promptness and professionalism
  • Excel at multitasking in a dynamic environment
  • provide guests with accurate information about the hotel, facilities, property features and benefits, systems, processes, sales techniques, special promotions, and local area attractions.
  • Participate in and comply with all training and reservation programs, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize revenues.



Physical Demands:



  • Ability to lift, carry, push or pull 10 lbs
  • Ability to sit and work in confined spaces throughout the shift on a computer and phone.



Qualifications:

Education:



  • High school diploma or its equivalent



Experience:



  • One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
  • Previous training or experience with maintaining professional and friendly phone etiquette and customer service.
  • Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus. Examples: Springer Miller Systems (SMS), Hotsos, Reveinate.
