Role Description & Responsibilities:

The Sales & Services Compensation Analyst will provide guidance and support to the Value Engagement teams.



  • Manage Sales Compensation Plan (SCP) distribution process
  • Validate the compensation plans of the GEO Customer Value Engagement leaders and their first-line Managers against the GEO sales quotas
  • Compute and validate individual sales results
  • Compute SPIF(Sales Performance Incentive Fund) and commissions
  • Compute and validate final payouts to sales employees and send payroll requests
  • Contribute to the definition of Y+1 SCP Guidance
  • Request tool and process evolutions, participate in Drop testing
  • Manage SCP integration for new acquisitions

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years experience within an HR, Finance and Operations environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a global organization
  • Strong analytical & critical thinking skills


*Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $125,000 and $150,000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
