POSITION

We are hiring a National Account Coordinator at Allspring Global Investments who will report to the Head of Sales Execution in Global Relationship Management. In this position, you will collaborate with a skilled team in marketing, product, investments, and sales to determine and implement our home office strategy. By utilizing data and insights, you will ensure an exceptional client experience and uncover new business opportunities. If you have a successful sales track record and a passion for applying data, this role is ideal for you.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

Location(s): Boston, MA, Charlotte, NC, San Francisco, CA, Menomonee Falls, WI, Milwaukee, WI

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Build and implement strategic plans for key client firms to drive sales growth.
  • Provide comprehensive support for conference and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare for home office meetings, including crafting PowerPoint presentations, analyzing sales data, and tracking competitive intelligence.
  • Serve as an internal resource for frequently asked questions related to focus firm priorities and support sales materials and information.
  • Coordinate campaign and launch efforts across intermediary sales channels.
  • Identify new business opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to support national account teams.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve the overall client experience and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal and external collaborators, including sales, marketing, product, and sales execution teams.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • 3-5+ years of experience in asset management, financial services, or related fields, preferably in a sales or business consulting role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of collaborating with a diverse range of collaborators and team members.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in business strategy.
  • Integrity and the personal presence to represent Allspring with enthusiasm and distinction.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills, growing in a collaborative team environment that values independent thinking.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66) certifications


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Deep knowledge of asset and wealth management and market dynamics.
  • Dedicated individual with the ability to work independently alongside staff and senior management at all levels.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving abilities, with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Enjoys critical and creative thinking, making strategic recommendations.



Base Pay Range: $90,000 - $130,000

Salary Range for NYC and California candidates only.Actual based may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
