Job Title: Solutions Sales Specialist
Shift: 8:00am, -5:00pm, Mon.-Fri.
Pay Range: $70,000-$85,000/yr. base + commission.
The Solutions Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving sales objectives, growing sales volume, and growing gross margin for Wurth Products and Solution Services within targeted accounts in an assigned territory. This role is responsible for advising, consulting, and influencing the PPE & MRO Division to promote Wurth Safety Solutions while driving sales coordination and collaboration. The position will assist as requested to resolve past due account issues, prepare contracts and bids, provide customer feedback to management, and recommend strategies to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
We are looking to fill one of these roles in the Pacific Region and the other one in the Northeast Region of the Unites States.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESONSIBIITES:
- Promote all Solutions Services, SRX, Boot & Shoe and Instrumentation/Service/Rental.
- Works with leadership to build strategic business plans to profitably achieve National Goals.
- Execute sales performance and customer relations while consistently achieving established sales goals to exceed budget.
- Communicate with Director of Business Development on an ongoing basis regarding personal growth, sales results, and plans of action.
- Utilizing the knowledge gained through manager ride-withs, call-ins and other communication with their Director of Business Development to continually improve and meet overall objectives.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with the PPE/MRO counterpart and their Regional Management.
- Coordinate between Eye Care Professionals, On-Site Dispensers and Solutions Support for SRX related activities.
- Utilizing corporate tools and applications to document, plan, monitor, and meet sales objectives within their territory. Completing all required administrative tasks in a timely fashion with prescribed systems and databases.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with their Solutions Support partners to ensure successful customer relations and achievement of sales objectives.
- Monitors key competitor activities and communicates with leadership to recommend competitive sales strategies.
- Represents division at internal meetings, key customer events and industry trade shows.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and training.
- Demonstrated sales results with 1 to 3 years sales experience preferred.
- Highly proficient computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated presentation skills with professional level verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service experience or industry client relations strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to create and maintain strong business relationships with all levels of customer organization.
- Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities
- Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
- Must have a clean, valid driver's license,
- A flexible work schedule and occasional out-of-the-area and overnight travel are expected, up to 70%.
- Candidates must live in the territory.
