We're looking for a Project Quality Manager to join our Day & Zimmermann team supporting an EPC project located in Texarkana, TX.

As the Quality Manager here's the work you'll do:


  • Provide supervision, direction and oversight of subcontractors and any direct labor if applicable
  • Develop, maintain and implement Government compliant Project Quality Assurance Manual for AO. Assures Project Quality activities for the company and suppliers are defined, planned, implemented and documented in accordance with client, company and government standards
  • Coordinate Project Quality activities with suppliers, subcontractors and project organizations
  • Coordinate project activities to ensure Project Quality Program requirements are implemented throughout the Project Life Cycle
  • Guide and direct Quality personnel in the execution of Project Quality requirements through Project Commissioning.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the corporation's Project programs. Participate in internal and external audits and perform project surveillances as needed.

    This role is for you if you have these skills:
  • Analytical ability to grasp key factors from detailed specifications
  • Effective verbal communication and report writing skills
  • Working knowledge of construction industry Codes and Standards
  • Good leadership capabilities to lead quality initiatives to successful completion
  • Basic knowledge of applicable software to compile quality process data. Familiar with the tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management


And if you have these qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • 10 - 15 years Project Quality related experience
  • 5-10 years Instrumentation and Controls Systems Inspection experience
  • Previous government and munitions experience preferred
  • Possible CQM certification in the future
  • OSHA 40hr certification



In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $96,000- $210,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of union fringes).
