Job Summary
The Radiology Storekeeper role is essential to the successful operations of multiple radiology sections. All radiology sections, in order to provide safe and effective care, have supply and inventory needs that must be maintained. This position includes but is not limited inventory, receiving, storing, and delivery of supplies to designated areas across UC Davis Health Radiology. - California Driver's License (DL)
- Experience working in a storeroom or equivalent setting.
- Experience using a range of organizational and time management skills to coordinate and prioritize a diverse, complex workload and to meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Analytical and math skills sufficient to add, subtract, multiply and divide to compute and enter data into computer for final cost ensuring accurate results.
- Skill to understand delivery receipts, packing slips, orders, shipping memos, etc.
- Interpersonal communication and customer service skills to interact in a pleasant and effective manner in person or on the phone with a wide variety of individuals and convey information effectively.
- Reading comprehension skills to fully understand written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.
- Familiarity with various computer applications (both Mac and PC environments), inventory and sales programs, web application, internet and databases.
- Knowledge of the principles of quality control and quality assurance.
- Ability to recognize aberrant values.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to prepare reports or analyses of operational activities, evaluates current and proposed services, etc.
- Ability to develop and generate regularly occurring reports for review by departmental management teams.

Department Overview Radiology is a large, diverse environment with complex needs. Other essential responsibilities will include developing procedures for materials management and setting material quantity or levels for any/all imaging sections.
