Position Overview

The Learner and Programmatic Success Coordinator is responsible for providing course and career support to students while also analyzing data to evaluate learner and program performance. This role ensures student and program success by tracking progress, facilitating internships or job placements, and providing data-driven insights to improve learner and program outcomes.

Essential Duties

  • Develop metrics to evaluate learner, partner success, and program effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with employers and partners for internships and job placements.
  • Gather and analyze data on learner and partner performance, satisfaction, and program outcomes.
  • Monitor student and partner progress to ensure retention and overall success.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations, and generate reports based on data analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy and manage tracking systems for learner progress, partners, and program outcomes.
  • Ensure students have access to required courses and career resources.
  • Offer one-on-one course and career counseling to students.
  • Other duties as needed to support the organizational mission and goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in Education and/or Allied Health.
  • At least 3 years of experience in teaching young adults, particularly in college or post-secondary settings, with a focus on program coordination and career success/internship coordination, supporting learner success and workforce readiness.
  • Proven ability to maintain productive partnerships with community organizations, and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Strong background in creating and implementing strategies for outreach, engagement, and retention.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to performance metrics and continuous improvement to achieve optimal results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a customer service mindset.
  • Ability to design and deliver effective presentations, workshops, and training for young adults in educational or workforce development contexts.
  • Preferred certifications from professional organizations such as AHIMA, AAPC, or HIMSS, reflecting expertise in health information management, coding, or healthcare technology.
  • Preferred experience with grant-funded programs or projects.

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

Work Location and Travel Requirements

OCHIN is a 100% remote organization with no physical corporate office location. Employees work remotely from home and many of our positions also support our member organizations on-site for new software installations. Nationwide travel is determined based on OCHIN business needs. Please inquire during the interview process about travel requirements for this position.

Base Pay Overview

The typical offer range for this role is minimum to midpoint ($70,214 - $87,767), with the midpoint representing the average pay in a national market scope for this position. Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will consider a wide range of factors directly relevant to this position, including, but not limited to, skills, knowledge, training, responsibility, and experience, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
