Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment initiatives and strengthen client relationships. This strategic leadership role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in attracting top talent, managing client accounts, and driving performance through data analysis and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and secure high-quality candidates.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiters, ensuring alignment with recruitment goals and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to assess hiring needs and create tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Leverage data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and continuously optimize processes.
  • Engage in hands-on recruitment efforts by actively sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, providing recommendations to hiring managers.


  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and workforce requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for additional service offerings to expand client partnerships and drive mutual growth.
  • Conduct regular scorecard reviews with clients to assess performance against established metrics and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Utilize feedback from scorecard reviews to identify areas for improvement and enhance service delivery.


  • Develop and implement proactive engagement strategies to ensure ongoing communication with clients, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Organize regular check-ins and strategy sessions to discuss progress, challenges, and future staffing needs.
  • Utilize client feedback mechanisms to gather insights and enhance service offerings, ensuring continued client satisfaction and loyalty.


  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with account teams to understand their specific recruitment needs and timelines, providing support for their hiring initiatives.
  • Connecting with employees to carry out regular evaluations for improvement and new opportunities, while promoting well-being and retention.
  • Oversee training and development initiatives for the talent acquisition teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.


  • Actively contribute to the organization s strategic planning by ensuring talent acquisition efforts align with business goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in recruitment and client management.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in client management and building strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
