We are looking for a Conference Services Coordinator to join our team in our Minneapolis office. In this role, you will provide excellent hospitality service to attorneys, staff, clients, and visitors. Are you detail oriented and have an eye for creating visually appealing set-ups? Do you enjoy creating a welcoming and friendly environment? If you enjoy providing excellent service in a professional, fast-paced office environment, then we would appreciate hearing from you. This is an on-site position with required work hours of 8:15 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

In this role, you will:
- Monitor and maintain conference rooms, including restocking supplies and ensuring that rooms are clean and orderly after the completion of meetings and events.
- Deliver food and beverage set-ups to conference rooms for meetings.
- Ensure set-ups (food, beverages, etc.) for events are done timely, are visually appealing and easily accessed/maneuvered and taken down in a reasonable time after the events are over.
- Set up, move, and take down tables and chairs for meetings and events.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Conference Center.
- Restock conference room supplies as necessary; clean and stock coffee stations on all floors and community rooms.
- Report maintenance and repair problems of kitchen and Conference Center machines to the Facilities and Conference Center Manager.
- Provide back up for the Client Services Coordinator when needed. Duties include answering and directing incoming calls, greeting clients and customers, and paging when necessary.
- Close the reception desk.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed.
- May perform other duties as required, including cross training and performing duties in other departments.

What we're looking for:

- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of administrative or related experience.
- Accurate typing skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong customer/client service focus and skills.
- Ability to adhere to deadlines.
- Ability to maintain client and firm confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Physical strength and agility to permit full performance of the duties of the position, including daily bending, operating office equipment, and moving up to approximately 50 pounds.
- Ability to work early morning or evening events, as needed.
- Previous conference services or hospitality experience in a law firm or office services environment preferred.
