Position Overview:
As the Campus Director, you'll be the driving force behind our campuses' success. You'll lead a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the highest standards of education, student support, and operational excellence across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Inspire and Lead:

    Supports the overall direction of campus operations to optimize outcomes (i.e., persistence, retention, completion, employment, etc.) and key business metrics.
  • Directs leadership staff in alignment with core values and leadership principles for the day-to-day management of staffing, training, development, and performance of campus faculty and staff.
  • Establishes and maintains a high-performance team of professional, motivated, and engaged staff through effective training, performance management, and career-development activities.
  • Recognizes and rewards employee contributions and achievements.

Innovate and Execute:

  • Assists in the development of the overall campus budget objectives and operational goals.
  • Delivers on operational objectives, working in partnership with matrix leaders to achieve overall P&L targets.
  • Supports the implementation, evaluation, revision, monitoring, and communication of campus policies and procedures.

Collaborate Cross-functionally:

  • Develops talent, effectively manages change, and collaborates with functional leaders and peers to drive consistency.
  • Works to provide an environment where employees have the tools/resources necessary to do their jobs and ensures all programs are compliant.
  • Effectively interfaces and collaborates with admissions and marketing staff to maximize new student enrollments and starts.

Community Champion:

  • Maintains various regulatory, state licensure, and accreditation approvals.
  • Supports the implementation and communication of campus policies and procedures to ensure consistent adherence across the community.

Lead by Example:

  • Ensures all programs are compliant and leads by setting the standard for performance and operational excellence.
  • Leads the campus leadership team by setting clear expectations, maintaining alignment with core values, and driving the achievement of business results.


Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree Required

Experience: 5+ years leadership or management experience in operations or service-related industry, including P&L/budgetary responsibility in excess of $10+ million.

  • Excel at leading, motivating, coaching, and developing their team to achieve business goals and performance outcomes.
  • Must possess excellent judgment, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills to address strategic challenges and drive desired results.

  • Must possess excellent judgment, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills to handle complex issues.
  • Demonstrates strong decision-making abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrates the ability to quickly solve complex issues in a fast-paced environment, driving growth and improving results for the organization.

Management of Personnel Resources:

  • Participative management approach with strong staff development skills to cultivate a productive and high-performing team.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
  • Excel at leading, motivating, coaching, and developing their team to maximize performance and professional growth.

Technology & Tools:

  • Knowledge of personal computer software applications including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint to support management functions and communication.
