Position is bi-lingual, needs to be able to communicate in Spanish and English. PURPOSE Our Ready-Frame product is our pre-cut framing package that makes framing better, faster, safer, and greener. Builders FirstSource will cut everything you need based on the blueprints. The Project Manager will work with customers to educate and aide in the installation of Ready-Frame and Engineered Wood Products. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Educate, guide and support customers in the proper methods of installing and usage of materials in both Ready-Frame and EWP system.
- Visits job sites before, during, and after installations to ensure quality standards are satisfactory.
- Area to be driven will mainly be in the metro Denver area, but at times will include projects from northern Colorado to the Colorado Springs area, and may include some jobs in the mountains.
- Confers with client to ensure customer satisfaction with the project and communicates recommendations for improvement to Field Supervisor and/or Designers and/or Salesperson.
- Reviews installation plans to have a knowledge of products, both manufactured and engineered, being installed.
- Reviews delivery schedules of product to understand where services are needed.
- Develops relationships with partners, i.e. Superintendents, Framers, Foremen, to ensure a positive perception of both Builder FirstSource and the products being supplied.
- Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data.
- Other duties as required.

In addition to the base wage listed, this position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus subject to changes in plan design and documents and in accordance with applicable law. Eligibility and the amount of the bonus varies based on overall company success, thresholds met and other terms and conditions of the Company's active bonus policy for the respective year.
