About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and measuring the profit and loss (P&L) for our vendor line. Responsible for forecasting, inventory analysis, and vendor relationship management. Identifies and understand the Vendor's needs and strategic objectives. You will be responsible for analyzing market data to identify trends and business growth opportunities.
What You'll Do:
Monitors and measures P&L for vendor line and makes recommendations for improvement by continuously monitor and evaluate the financial performance of the vendor line. Responsible for meeting/exceeding monthly revenues, Net GM% and Net GM$ May make recommendations for operational improvement and revenue growth potential. Prepares and analyzes forecasts and inventory by developing accurate and comprehensive forecasts for vendor products or services. Serves as an operational escalation point for vendor lines. Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges or bottlenecks. Collaborate with sales representatives to develop effective strategies for promoting vendor products. Assist with customer inquiries, pricing, and negotiations related to vendor offerings. Builds and maintains relationships with vendors at an intermediate level. Communicate effectively with vendors to negotiate terms, resolve disputes, and maintain positive partnerships. Analyzes market data to identify trends and opportunities by creating report and presentations. Conduct basic market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of relevant work experience Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent years of marketing/product experience; High School Graduate required Strong analytical and market research skills Effective communication and negotiation abilities Ability to identify and resolve operational challenges Proficiency in creating reports and presentations Ability to multitask and adapt to new systems quickly Strong organizational and time management skills
