Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to provide crucial clinical social work services, including psychotherapy and behavioral interventions, to a diverse population, including military personnel and their families.

Education:
• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Experience:
  • At least 4 years of clinical social work practice within the past 5 years post-licensure.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical psychology practice.
  • Expertise in behavioral interventions, crisis management, public speaking, and case management.
  • Clinical peer reviews conducted within the past 2 years.
• Licensure:
  • Active, unrestricted LCSW license in any U.S. state or territory.
• Certification:
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Skills:
  • Independent practice without supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with military culture is a plus.

• Conduct psychological evaluations and establish diagnoses using DSM criteria.
• Provide individual and group therapy for patients dealing with medical or surgical issues.
• Assist in patient rehabilitation and manage case work effectively.
• Develop and present training and briefings for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Army, DHA, and Combatant Command policies on deployment assessments.
