About the Role: The Program Management Office (PMO) ensures the successful execution of key cross functional initiatives of the company through effective program management. The PMO also supports activities that drive the reporting and inter departmental review of business performance through quarterly reviews and objectives and key results (OKR) dashboards. The PMO establishes guidelines and best practices for managing programs in the company through a Center of Excellence model. It also establishes a program management community within PitchBook that allows program managers across the company to collaborate, learn, and share execution best practices. The PMO also provides visibility into performance of strategic initiatives and plays an important role in the strategic planning processes of the company. PitchBook's Sr. Program Manager drives strategic cross functional initiatives for the company. This role ensure that cross functional teams are driving towards defined program milestones and deliverables by removing bottlenecks, escalating risks/issues as needed, providing visibility to progress, and overall ensuring effective collaboration across teams. Specifically, this role will partner with the PitchBook Financial Operations team and lead PitchBook's multi-year Salesforce Billing & Configure, Price, and Quote (CPQ) roadmap to provide better visibility to revenue pipeline and forecasting by improving its customer quote and billing process. *Starting pay will be based on several factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be different ranges for candidates by location. Working Conditions: We believe our business and our culture are strongest when we work together in person. We also know that it's helpful to have some flexibility to work remotely. Most roles work in the office 3+ days/week, and some are expected to work in the office 4-5 days/week. The current expectation for this role is that you are working in the office 4+ days/week and that you are in the office full-time during the training period, for which the length varies by role. During an initial phone screen, the team will discuss expectations for this specific position. The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
