OTC Industrial Technologies is looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX!

As an Operations Specialist you will be responsible for various operations and inventory related tasks for the Houston location.

What You'll Do:

Local point person for system-related issues, processes, and software implementation and upgrades
Manage inventory
Process credits and returns
Manage customer and vendor accounts
Review and correct order exceptions and process invoices daily
Resolve receiving/shipment discrepancies
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable resolution
Process freight claims and damage letters
Purchasing of inventory and supplies as needed
Other duties may be assigned.

What You'll Need:

Degree or equivalent related experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in Operations or a related position
Proficiency in MS Office
Demonstrate effective problem-solving capabilities and root-cause analysis
Must have a positive, "can-do" attitude
Demonstrate the ability to collaborate productively with other associates, customers, and vendors
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
