Job Description

Performs a variety of inventory control and analytical support duties necessary to support the manufacturing facility. Duties include inventory management, material receiving, quality monitoring, and restocking Kanban materials as needed. The individual will work closely with the procurement team to ensure inventories are correct to support manufacturing needs. Additional responsibilities will include completing stock transactions in SAP, performing physical inventory counts, delivery coordination, monitoring material expiration dates, and assisting with other duties as needed.

D2: every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5:45pm-6am

This job is for you if

* Coordinates material flow through various levels of receiving inspection.
* Inputs, updates, and verifies computer-related systems required to maintain an up-to-the-minute status of material received, returned to vendors, maintained in receiving inspection, and dispositioned to requesting organizations.
* Handles routine questions and problems and maintains open communication with other departments.
* Logs order information into the computer and files and distributes paperwork as necessary.
* Maintains records and generates reports for accounting, customer support, supply chain management and other organizations.
* Maintain inventories in SAP
* Monitor inventories on the third-party warehouse website
* Perform physical inventories
* Physically receive incoming deliveries
* Perform quality checks
* Transact material movement in SAP
* Maintain spread sheets

Job Requirements

* H.S. diploma or equivalent
* Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Strong organizational skills: demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs
* Ability to use knowledge to provide solutions to a variety of difficult problems.
* ERP and SAP experience are a plus
*Candidate must be a U.S. citizen, legal resident, or have granted asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
