Overview

As an integral contributor to PPL's Compliance and Ethics function, this individual will support the Records Retention Program across the PPL enterprise. In collaboration with team members, they will provide content for various periodic presentations and meetings, including leadership on the Records Retention Program. In addition, they will be responsible for conducting training and providing guidance to employees regarding the Records Retention Program.


Responsibilities

  • Supports the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of the Records Retention Program and all related processes and policies with minimal oversight.
  • Performs and supports assigned compliance and ethics department duties.
  • Interfaces with all business units and leads cross-functional teams to address Records Management issues.
  • Develops content for presentations for the Sr Dir Compliance & Ethics and Chief Compliance Officer on Board, Corporate Compliance Committee, and other presentations.
  • Performs other tasks and duties as assigned.
  • Subject to change, but hybrid work arrangement, with at least 3 days per week physical presence in the office/on-site to engage in face-to-face interaction and coordination of work with colleagues.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • BS or BA.
  • Two years' work experience with demonstrated success with attention to detail and increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Produce high quality results while working independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite of applications including basic data analysis and report creation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Certification in Business Ethics and Compliance (or related area).
  • Certifications in Records Analysis and Records Management
  • Work experience in corporate compliance, records management/retention program administration, corporate governance, and/or government regulatory compliance.
  • Strong conflict resolution and ability to identify and assess compliance related risks.
  • Experience in presenting complex issues.
  • Experience in problem solving and project management
