Job Summary: As a Production Supervisor at Messer, you'll ensure safe and reliable plant operations, overseeing safety compliance, equipment maintenance, and regulatory adherence. You'll manage both planned and unplanned maintenance, ensuring efficient use of downtime and proper inventory management. Additionally, you'll lead a team, handling staffing, training, and development, while also supporting customer relationships and quality control. This role requires a focus on safety, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

A Production Supervisor in Messer can receive from $90,000.00 USD up to $110,000.00 on an annual basis.
