The Contribution You'll bring to this Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized intern to join our Digital Asset Management team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in organizing, uploading, and maintaining our digital marketing assets using the Bynder DAM system. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital asset management and marketing operations. What You'll Do at Justrite: Assist in the organization and categorization of digital assets within Bynder Upload and tag new assets, ensuring proper metadata and keywords are applied Help maintain the integrity and consistency of our digital asset library Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand asset needs and usage Support the implementation of DAM best practices and workflows Assist in creating and updating asset usage guidelines Help generate reports on asset usage and performance Participate in user training and support for the Bynder system Deliver a comprehensive presentation to management and executives at the end of the summer What We're Looking For: Current undergraduate student in their Junior or Senior year studying Marketing, Digital Media, Information Management or a related field. Strong interest in asset management, design and marketing. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
