The Contribution You'll bring to this Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized intern to join our Digital Asset Management team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in organizing, uploading, and maintaining our digital marketing assets using the Bynder DAM system. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital asset management and marketing operations.

What You'll Do at Justrite:



  • Assist in the organization and categorization of digital assets within Bynder
  • Upload and tag new assets, ensuring proper metadata and keywords are applied
  • Help maintain the integrity and consistency of our digital asset library
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand asset needs and usage
  • Support the implementation of DAM best practices and workflows
  • Assist in creating and updating asset usage guidelines
  • Help generate reports on asset usage and performance
  • Participate in user training and support for the Bynder system
  • Deliver a comprehensive presentation to management and executives at the end of the summer


What We're Looking For:



  • Current undergraduate student in their Junior or Senior year studying Marketing, Digital Media, Information Management or a related field.
  • Strong interest in asset management, design and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Willingness to travel to a JSG location for Intern Training Week
  • 10 week commitment
