The Waxdale Facilities Senior Analyst leads several contractors and an internal team of technicians (WAXIES) in the safe and cost-effective delivery of day-to-day facility operations, services, and maintenance activities related to general buildings and grounds, while supporting other internal technicians and contractors who perform HVAC, pipefitting, electrical, and instrumentation work. In addition, the Facility Senior Analyst will lead the Environmental Operations (Can Crusher) team, which is responsible for recycling scrapped product and associated packaging. The Facility Senior Analyst will also track utility usage and reports out on savings from on-site wind turbines and cogeneration. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role you will be responsible for the site buildings and grounds. These responsibilities will include budget development and maintenance, review and monitoring of current processes, supporting site engineering in efforts aligned with optimizing site efficiency, oversight of projects and contractors supporting routine and non-routine facilities and grounds maintenance, routine maintenance contract management, compliance with all applicable internal and external regulations, and training of all utilities and facilities staff.
