Executive End-User Computing (EUC) Specialist position is onsite at our brand new McLean office in Virginia. The role requires you to come into the office every day. This is a high profile role supporting the executives, VIP visitors. You will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users in configuration, installation of software and deployment of desktops and laptops. Troubleshoots repairs and debug complex desktop/laptop hardware, printers and software problems.

Job Roles and Responsibilities



  1. Provide hands-on, end-to-end IT support for C-level employees and senior leadership, addressing their unique needs in both office and home office settings.
  2. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime, recognizing the criticality of executives' time.
  3. Responsible of managing the setup, configuration, and maintenance of executives home office IT infrastructure, including internet connections, Wi-Fi networks, network devices, printers, and peripherals.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to internet browsers, VPN client software, RSA Security Tokens, cellular broadband, Wi-Fi, email synchronization (Outlook), and remote access solutions.
  5. Support both Windows and Apple environments, ensuring compatibility and functionality of software, hardware, and peripherals.
  6. Handle high-pressure situations with executives and VIPs, maintaining professionalism, confidence, and tact.
  7. Collaborate with IT teams such as Network, Telecomm, and Server teams to implement and maintain cross-functional solutions that align with corporate security and operational standards.
  8. Exhibit advanced soft skills, including active listening, problem-solving, discretion, and superior customer service, to build trust and rapport with executives.
  9. Support dynamic and urgent schedules of senior leadership, including providing after-hours support when necessary.
  10. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.

JOB SCOPE:

This role requires moderate direction but relies on independent judgment to identify issues and recommend solutions. Work is varied and moderately complex, requiring a broad range of knowledge gained through experience. The incumbent will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives while prioritizing the needs of C-level employees and senior leadership.
