Position Summary:

As our Cable Harness Assembler, you will be responsible for producing a conforming product in accordance with defined criteria in the working document file. This position will work in collaboration with other Assemblers, Engineers, and Quality Control. You'll enjoy working in a fun, collaborative, and fast (high-mix/low-volume) manufacturing operation.

Qualifications & Requirements:



  • Experience in one of the following preferred: cable harness assembly/potting and molding/soldering
  • Experience in aerospace is highly preferred
  • Must be able to interpret drawings
  • Must know how to use hand tools and machines
  • Must know how to solder or be trainable to be certified to the company's developed standards program
  • Must must have good English communication skills (including reading and writing) in order to be able to successfully complete training and to be able to communicate with onsite trainers due to the highly regulated environment
  • Must be able to meet IPC- WHMA-A-620 workmanship standards

  • Responsible for producing a conforming product.
  • Reviews all documentation prior to production.
  • Ensures quality is built into the product while maintaining labor standards.
  • Reviews and dates appropriate production operation sequence indicating completion
  • Responsible for notifying the quality inspector for in-process inspection where applicable during production
  • Responsible for re-working any identified non-conforming product and submitting for re-inspection
  • Responsible for following rules and regulations set by the company

  • Perform testing for electro-mechanical and mechanical sub-systems, integration, assemblies, test platforms, and components for defense, aerospace, avionic and industrial applications
  • Maintain test reports
  • Upholding our quality & safety standards
  • Other duties as assigned
