Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Economics or Health Care OR 4 years health care/customer service experience involving independent work and judgment.

• General Lines - Life and Health state insurance license within the first 6 months in position.
• Interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills; telephone, public relations, and customer skills; composing presentations, and summarizing findings.
• Analytical and math skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and provide feedback; ability to represent company in sales or account management.
• PC proficiency and skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
• Ability to travel including overnight stays.
• Current Driver's License in state of operations.
  

Preferred Job Requirements

• Health insurance experience or knowledge.
• Customer service or sales experience.
