Access Services You will apply your customer service mindset and strong data entry skills, to courteously register and admit patients to receive various Salem Health medical services. Core Functions: Responsible for courteously admitting and/or registering all patients presented for treatment. Performs various tasks using Electronic Medical Record system, Epic.Verifies insurance eligibility utilizing a variety of on-line resources as well as phone verification. Responsible for providing coverage to different areas on a rotating schedule including service areas under Main, Emergency Department, Family Birth Center and West Valley. Requires one (1) year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment utilizing data entry skills. Must be able to accurately type a minimum of 40 wpm.
