Cancellation Associate Remote - Must live in EST Anticipated Start Date: 11/25 5 Month Contract Standard Day to Day: * 9-5:30pm EST. * hour, do clock out for lunch. 2, 15 minute paid breaks. * ALL fully work from home! * First Day; onboarding, training is hands on. hour to an hour of training. Hands on moving through the tickets. Pretty simple described by leadership. * Web Login: very que focused. They get access to admin program, chat service. Clay's Team get's one hire. Pretty standard. - Large que of tickets. Log into websites with person's credentials and potentially cancelling customers account or reviewing account. * Properly update ticket, coordinate other team members. Update issues. Heavy Que focus. 150-200 daily will ramp up to. * Work on ticket processing - they have offshore agents doing all the chats for the most part. Megan's team goes through tickets that get flagged for review and reviewed phone tickets. This agent could follow up via email. * Coordinating with team members, consistently communicating over chat and video chat. * Very basic data analysis, can be a future job function but if having experience before, that is great! * Outlook for Email. * SLACK - daily chat software. Chat function. Skills: Production support, Computer savvy, High Volume, Outlook, Repetitive Task, Remote, Time Management, Problem Solving, Willing to ask Questions, Ticket Pattern Recognition Additional Skills & Qualifications: Production, que, data / process driven work.
