A large Data Center in Prineville, OR is hiring multiple Data Center OSP Technicians to join the team for a great long term opportunity! Job Duties: * Pulling cable, pulling innerduct, dressing cables, labeling, fiber cleaning, etc. to industry and customer standards. * Carry and load materials to be used on the job. * Fiber and Telecom installation knowledge and experience - Fiber, Cat5, Cat6 * Must be willing to work both outside and inside during the summer and winter months. * Wash and clean vehicles and equipment. * This is physical work, up and down ladders, putting together server cabinets, and cabling, etc. Qualifications: * 1-2 years of prior IT related experience with previous Data Center/Cabling exp being a plus. * Willing to look at candidates with no cabling experience who want to get into the trade as they are willing to train. * Prefer Cabling experience ( coax, fiber, cat5, cat6, punch downs, etc.) but not required. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Must have a valid driver's license. * Need to have a strong work ethic. **If Interested: Please apply to the job application and email Derek at Dmautz @teksystems.com Note: Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
