Purpose of Role
Customer Financial Services minimizes credit risk and maximize cash flow.

Key Accountabilities Include
* Ensure compliance of department policy, procedures, and risk management
* Drive positive dealer relationships
* Drive timely order releases
* Drive resolution of internal and external requests
* Ensure adherence to YCA payment terms
* Drive achievement of department goals and KPIs
* Attract, engage, and develop team members within the department

Primary Responsibilities Include
* Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Communicate dealer financial changes to internal stakeholders
* Manage sales channel relationships

* Financial Analysis - Credit Risk: Interpret and analyze financial statements and other financial information for profitability, liquidity, and capital structure
* Performance Measurement: Applies analytics to measure risks and returns
* Reconciliations: Ensure that two sets of accounting records are in agreement
* Reporting: Generate appropriate reports to meet information requests and/or needs
* Relationship Building and Management (CFS): Quickly connect with sales and marketing partners and maintain relationships
* Negotiation - Standard Language: Reach mutually beneficial agreements that earn commitment and satisfaction

Qualifications
Ideal
* Progressive experience interpreting credit reports, financial statements, customer payment history
* Progressive success in a commercial credit department
* Demonstrated success facilitating payment arrangements and resolve disputes
* Proficiency with credit systems and tools
* Progressive experience with flooring activities
* Budget management

Preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 7+ years experience in a commercial credit department
* Oracle ERP
* Salesforce
* People management

Compensation



  • Up to $112,000 per year
  • The posted compensation is the base pay.
  • This is the hiring range and does not include bonus potential or the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time. Final offers within the posted compensation range are based on qualifications, skills and experience required for the role.
