Guardian is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Residential and Fabrication side of our business! This region will include the East Coast (Southeast and Northeast). In this role you will proactively develop and manage a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) focused on the profitable growth of residential and fabrication sales and driving demand. You will be responsible to support your team in establishing roles, responsibilities, and expectations that will help achieve our vision of being the preferred supplier of architectural glass. Our Team This role will have you as a key part of a world class sales organization and leading an extremely talented team of TSMs. What You Will Do * Develop and lead a clear vision and strategy for the team of TSMs to ensure the profitable growth * Align goals with overall business strategy * Manage staffing and organizational planning * Collaborate with teams across Guardian to understand key competencies and capabilities of direct customers to drive sales strategies * Understand market conditions including pricing, customer data, technical expertise, and competitor analysis * Provide continual coaching and feedback to help the TSM team further develop knowledge, skills and talents * Provide market intelligence to look for new areas of innovation where we can better serve the market * Support continued adoption and implementation of tools eg: Salesforce CRM, E-Commerce, and Power BI * Communicate effectively with senior leadership and other key stakeholders * Travel 50% of the time Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Outside sales experience in the building products industry * Experience in an influential sales role including all aspect of the sales cycle; prospecting of new clients, networking within industries, selling to specification and multiple steps sales processes * CRM experience What Will Put You Ahead * Experience leading a team * A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or an Architectural or design field For this role, we anticipate paying a base salary of $120,000 - $140,000 per year. This role is also eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus and a company car. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
