Pediatric Behavioral Health

Join our dynamic team at Equiliem Healthcare, where we specialize in staffing clinical, non-clinical, and allied personnel. We are seeking dedicated professionals to work in a rewarding environment, providing care to pediatric patients with behavioral health needs.

Schedule and Requirements:

• 5 shifts per week, each lasting 7.5 hours, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
• Patient care ratio of 1:3.
• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience required.
• First-time applicants are welcome to apply.
• Must be available to work 2 weekends per month.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required upon start.
• "Handle with Care" certification preferred.
• Local candidates are accepted.
• All requests for time off and schedule accommodations must be approved before an offer is made.

Patient Mix: Our patient mix includes individuals with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, and oppositional defiant disorder.
