Manager, RDSP

• Lead RDSP team through project milestones for on-time execution of all deliverables
• Serve as OEM subject matter expert on RDSP through active utilization of platform
• Develop governance surrounding RDSP collection rule creation and requests, along with process for RDSP data handling
• Advocate for consistent utilization and improvement of RDSP system with all OEM/OEM/OEM stakeholders
• Own the management of working and executive level meetings as requested for project success
• Provide status updates and reporting to management as required for each project
• Contribute to each project to achieve alignment and solve for challenges as they arise
• Actively participate in the tasks to encourage stakeholder engagement

• 3-5 years of hands-on diagnostic experience in any transportation sector (Automotive, Trucking & Aviation)
• 1-2 years of leadership experience
• Knowledge of full life-cycle development
• Ability to bridge the gap between business owners, engineers and senior leadership
• Proficiency in programs necessary, with the ability to adapt as advancements occur
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple small and mid-size projects simultaneously.

• Normal office duties
• Work requires travel to meetings and site visits. This requires the possession of a valid state driver's license and good driving record.
• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to repeatedly lift light loads (less than 20 lbs.) during the course of development, testing, and validation activities.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
