Who We Seek RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, experienced Residential Program Coordinator who will work with the Program Director to provide programmatic oversight for a 12-bed co-educational short-term emergency residence funded by the Department of Children and Families. Primary responsibilities are oversight of the residential milieu and providing leadership and guidance to staff and students. The Program Coordinator will also be well versed in and monitor policy, procedure, quality of services, ARC treatment philosophy, behavioral support and management, and training of new staff.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Program Director to create, implement, and adhere to a robust and purposeful daily milieu schedule.
- Ensures that the physical environment is safe and clean and is maintained in a homelike manner.
- Completes all paperwork in a timely and professional manner (QTC reports, service notes, meal counts, Incident report signoffs)
- Attends meetings and training (team meetings, quarterly treatment conferences, staff meetings, Professional Development Training, and many more upon request).
- Responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and maintaining accurate record-keeping systems as well as updating kid-specific issues and relaying any responses or plans put into place by the team.
- Provide direct supervision to the program supervisor and counselors with the goal of promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Assists clinicians in running psychoeducation groups as needed.
- Initiates daily shift meetings with staff and community meetings in the milieu.
- Assists Program Director in completing performance evaluationsand candidate interviews.
- Has specific training in the areas of medication administration; and emergency physical plant procedures to include fire alarm systems, generators, snow emergencies, heating and physical plant problems, evacuation procedures, vehicle safety, and high-risk behaviors including assigning risk statuses.
- Participates in the program on call rotation.
- Is responsible for program financial expenses (Credit Card Use, Petty Cash, Budget)
- Participates in performance quality improvement efforts that include but are not limited to timely and accurate completion of identified workflows and documentation measures outlined in the agency PQI plan and divisional goal plans.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of residential experience and one year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
Shift
40 Hour: Tuesday-Saturday 12pm-8pm
Minimum of 2 split shifts per week in addition to one weekend day.

$2,500 Sign-On Incentive This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.
