There has never been a better time to join EQ. Summary The Securities Service Specialist - Tabulation and Reporting performs a variety of operational tasks related to tabulation and reporting. They work as a team to meet common goals associated with the deadlines imposed by our internal and external clients. The Tabulation and Reporting team facilitates several key functions including, but not limited to: the review and approval of draft proxy card content and data elements, electronic voting site review and approval, proxy job creation and data validation, report balancing and manual vote submission and daily vote file validation. The team is also responsible for the timely and accurate distribution of annual and/or special meeting voting results to clients within the established timeline. The team member will be required to gain a thorough understanding of all requirements associated with tabulation and reporting activities and any interrelated functions of other Shareowner Services departments that are involved in the process.
