Job Description |
ECU's School of Theatre and Dance is currently seeking several Box Office/Theatre Assistants, who will assist the Box Office Manager with ticket sales, messages, and misc. duties for the
ECU/Loessin Playhouse and the Playhouse processes. This position interacts with the public, so a certain level of customer service and professionalism is expected both on the phone and in-person. Based on availability and experience, employees may be assigned to work in the various Design & Production shops such as costumes, paint and props, etc. This will be addressed during the interview process.
Dress code during performances is business casual or costumes in accordance with Design Team for each show. All other work times, dress is casual.
Schedule is mainly Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm with flexible hours according to your classes. Nights and weekend work are expected monthly during Playhouse Performances and will be communicated in advance. Box office is closed when classes are not in session (holidays, breaks, etc.). |
