Your Role:
As a Manufacturing Electrical Quality Assurance Technician, you will be at the forefront of our quality initiative! You'll play a vital role in ensuring that our prefabricated electrical and metal assemblies meet the highest standards. Your tasks will be thrilling:

• Inspect and Innovate: Conduct thorough inspections and tests of cutting-edge electrical products throughout the production process.
• Solve Real Problems: Identify defects, document them clearly, and collaborate with your teammates to make swift improvements.
• Enhance Our Processes: Review and revise quality testing procedures to ensure compliance while seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Safety Crusader: Ensure our team adheres to essential safety protocols and proactively communicate any concerns.
• ISO Champion: Help prepare for ISO audits and maintain our document controls, making us a leader in compliance.

Who You Are:
We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality. An associate degree in industrial technology, electrical, or a related field is a plus, but if you have the right attitude and a high school diploma or equivalent, we want to hear from you!

Work Environment:
You'll work primarily in our bustling production shop, where the excitement is palpable! While you may encounter high places and elements of outdoor work, we have safety procedures to ensure your well-being. Join a team that values collaboration, support, and safety.

Travel Requirements:
