Job Title: HR Program Specialist

Location(s): Atlanta, GA

Job Description:



  • Provide oversight and implementation of SAP payroll interface management.
  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders and IT infrastructure teams to define, gather, and document business processes and needs, and translate into detailed functional specifications for development.
  • Manage interactions with vendors or Organization IT as it relates to data security, data management, interface management, issues management and escalation.
  • Troubleshoot SAP application and system interface issues and assists in identifying problems and finding solutions to business problems through configuration modifications and programming updates.
  • Collects payroll information, analyzes data and generates reports.
  • SAP HR experience preferred.


Qualification:


  • 4-7 years overall experience.
  • Data analysis management and reporting.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills including verbal, written and presentation communication skills for a diverse stakeholder population; and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proven organization, prioritization, and planning and project management experience.
  • Demonstrated coaching, communication, presentation and influence skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information; strong ethics, trustworthiness and integrity.
  • Ability to work autonomously and at a fast pace; initiative and results-focused.
  • Show flexibility and a willingness to take on new and different tasks based on business and department needs.
  • Proficiency using MS Office products.
  • Experience with website maintenance, or oversight desired.
